Meet our Team of Volunteers

Favorite memory My son Mitch and I volunteered for a SASP trip down Rainbow River. We were assigned to an autistic young man who is normally very "hands off". During the dive, he became extremely excited about seeing the turtles and fish, and for having two dive buddies there with him. He clamped onto both of our arms and didn't let go until the dive was over. His father (and David Sr) were amazed that he held physical contact on us, especially for that duration.
When they’re not diving Retired Firefighter/Paramedic for 15 years, a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy Reserves for 8 years, and a Biometrics Systems Analyst for a Sheriff's Department in southern California. Now... I'm friends with Santa Claus!
