TERMS & CONDITIONS - These terms describe the communication rules for The Scuba Gym website and operational text message updates.
Text message terms
By providing your mobile number to The Scuba Gym, reviewing the SMS consent language, and checking an optional SMS consent checkbox, you consent to receive informational and operational text messages from The Scuba Gym.
Messages may include volunteer account updates, event signup confirmations, volunteer reminders, weekly therapy updates, camp updates, schedule changes, weather delays, cancellations, staffing requests, SASP Diver scheduling notices, and important event-day updates.

Operational use only
These text messages are used for informational and operational communication only. They are not used for marketing promotions, fundraising solicitations, sales offers, or unrelated advertising.
Eligibility and opt in
Volunteers opt in through The Scuba Gym VHub volunteer registration or profile notification workflow. The SMS checkbox is optional and is not pre-checked.
SASP Diver or parent/guardian event contacts are added by staff only after consent is obtained directly from the SASP Diver or parent/guardian and the preferred event update contact is selected.
Opt out and help
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP. Volunteers may also update notification preferences in VHub or contact The Scuba Gym directly.
