Professional Leadership
Leadership training is for divers who want to turn their passion into a profession. Whether you want to guide dives, assist instructors, or teach courses independently — the professional pathway takes you there step by step. We mentor our leadership candidates personally and help you build real-world experience.
Divemaster
The first professional level. You'll learn to organize and conduct dives, assist instructors with training,
and supervise certified divers in open water.
Prerequisites: Rescue Diver certification, 40+ logged dives, EFR/first aid training, medical clearance.
What to expect: Knowledge development, water skills assessments, practical training with real students, and stamina evaluations.
Assistant Instructor
Build your teaching foundation. As an AI (Assistant Instructor), you'll conduct certain training programs independently
and assist Instructors with student training.
Prerequisites: Divemaster certification with teaching experience.
What to expect: Instructional theory, presentation skills, evaluation criteria, and practice teaching sessions.
Instructor
The full teaching credential. Instructors can independently teach and certify divers at all recreational levels.
Prerequisites: Assistant Instructor certification, significant dive and teaching experience.
What to expect: Instructor Development Course (IDC) followed by an Instructor Examination (IE). We'll prepare you thoroughly.
